Firsthand Technology Value Fund (SVVC) disclosed that its top five holdings as of November 30 were Twitter (TWTR), Facebook (FB), IntraOp Medical, AliphCom, and Sunrun. As of November 30, the Fund's investment in Twitter consisted of 1,006,200 shares of common stock and represented approximately 14.3% of the Fund's estimated gross assets. As of November 30, the Fund's investment in Facebook consisted of 600,000 shares of common stock and represented approximately 11.4% of the Fund's estimated gross assets. The Fund also announced that, as of November 30, estimated gross assets of the Fund were approximately $248M, or $27.37 per share, including cash of approximately $11.67 per share. As of November 30, the Fund's top five holdings constituted 40.5% of the Fund's estimated gross assets.

In a push to appease e-commerce companies and mobile-game developers, Twitter is planning to debut 15 types of new ad products and ways to target users over the coming six months, says the Wall Street Journal, citing sources.
