Firsthand Technology Value Fund (SVVC) disclosed that its top five holdings as of November 30 were Twitter (TWTR), Facebook (FB), IntraOp Medical, AliphCom, and Sunrun. As of November 30, the Fund's investment in Twitter consisted of 1,006,200 shares of common stock and represented approximately 14.3% of the Fund's estimated gross assets. As of November 30, the Fund's investment in Facebook consisted of 600,000 shares of common stock and represented approximately 11.4% of the Fund's estimated gross assets. The Fund also announced that, as of November 30, estimated gross assets of the Fund were approximately $248M, or $27.37 per share, including cash of approximately $11.67 per share. As of November 30, the Fund's top five holdings constituted 40.5% of the Fund's estimated gross assets.

Deutsche Bank thinks consensus estimates are catching up to the strong fundamentals at Facebook. The firm expects Facebook to report strong Q1 results, but it thinks the consensus is already factoring much of that into the numbers. As such, Deutsche said it is less optimistic going into Facebook's Q1 results than it was last quarter. The firm still considers Facebook a "must-own" and keeps a Buy rating on the stock with a $76 price target.
