7 Days Group announced that it has entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger with Keystone Lodging Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Holdco, and Keystone Lodging Acquisition Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent, pursuant to which Parent will acquire the Company for $4.60 per ordinary share or $13.80 per American Depositary Share, each representing three ordinary shares. | |
