Quanta Services announced that Maurepas Pipeline, a subsidiary of SemGroup, selected Quanta Services for the Maurepas Pipelines Project. Quanta subsidiaries, including Price Gregory International, QPS Engineering and Quanta Capital Solutions, assisted with the development of the project for SemGroup and will provide engineering, procurement and construction services. Engineering, permitting, right of way acquisition and materials procurement has commenced. Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2015 and completion is expected in the third quarter of 2016.

Tetra Tech has been awarded a five-year, $62M single-award contract funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development to support the strengthening of the provincial government system in Afghanistan. This program will address many governance systems to improve the planning, development and delivery of public services. Tetra Tech will assist USAID to strengthen the linkages between the central government and provincial levels for strategic planning, budgeting and service delivery. Tetra Tech will provide advisory services and technical assistance to build information management systems, databases, guidelines and procedures to improve the implementation of essential public services.
