Questar Fueling (STR) has signed an agreement to build, own and operate a compressed natural gas fueling facility in Houston, Texas, that will serve up to 200 natural gas-powered trucks operated by Swift Transportation (SWFT) and Central Freight Lines. These trucks are projected to use about 5M gallons of natural gas per year. The majority of the trucks will use a private time-fill facility in which the trucks fill overnight. The remainder will use a five-lane, high-speed-fueling facility that will also be open to the public. | |
