In a release dated January 3, 2013, The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to institute an investigation of certain electronic devices, including certain wireless communication devices, tablet computers, media players, and televisions, and components thereof, and the respondents to the investigation include Samsung Electronics (SSNLF), Samsung Electronics America, and Samsung Telecommunications America. The products at issue in this investigation are various smartphones, along with base stations, 802.11-compliant televisions and Blu-Ray players, and tablet computers. Reference Link
