Samsung (SSNLF) continued to lead the global NAND flash market in 2012, reports DigiTimes, citing DRAMeXchange. Although Samsung had a 4.9% decrease in sales of revenue, it held on to a 38.2% share of the global NAND flash market. Toshiba (TOSBF) and Micro (MU) rounded out the top three with 27.9% and 13.9%, respectively. Reference Link

It is critical that any proposed takeover receive careful and thorough review by the Congress, the Department of Defense, and other U.S. government agencies."
