10:36 EDTSPY, SPXS&P 500 tests underside of prior support, levels to watch
The index was last at 1857.06, slipping from the session high at 1862.30. That session high is just under the 10-day moving average, which was prior support but is now resistance. It appears the move today has been a probe of that resistance level, and there has been no push through it as of yet. A failure to move through it would be confirmation of the current short-term downtrend. At current price, next support is at 1854.53.
