Sinopec to open up fuel-marketing business, WSJ reports Sinopec (SNP), which is opening up its fuel-marketing business to outside investors, will allow foreigners to participate in the transaction, the Wall Street Journal reports. Sinopec downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Bernstein Bernstein downgraded Sinopec as the firm was disappointed by the price the company received for its Marketing Co subsidiary.
