MOST NOTEWORTHY: SanDisk (SNDK), Whole Foods (WFMI) and Savient (SVNT) were today's noteworthy downgrades: Sterne Agee downgraded SanDisk to Neutral from Buy based on peaking seasonal builds, slowing share gains and improving NAND supply. Credit Suisse downgraded Whole Foods to Underperform from Neutral citing high valuation and deteriorating fundamentals. The firm lowered its price target to $30 from $40. Leerink downgraded Savient to Market Perform from Outperform citing valuation as the company searches for an acquirer and competitive uncertainty. The firm lowered its target for shares to $20 from $22...OTHER DOWNGRADES: L-1 Identity (ID) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Jefferies. Suburban Propane Partners (SPH) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at BofA/Merrill. Netezza (NZ) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Canaccord.

Cleveland Research's channel checks indicate PC DRAM pricing is likely to continue to decline on a contract basis to approximately $17 by year end, along with server and mobile pricing. The firm's contacts indicate DRAM demand remains weak with no real indications of a rebound and supply remains in excess. Cleveland remains cautious on Micron and the DRAM market, and sees additional downside to consensus estimates.
