Seanergy Maritime Holdings announced the sale of the Clipper Glory, a 30,570 dwt Handysize drybulk vessel, built in 2007, at a gross price of $11.25M. The vessel was delivered to its new owners on December 04. The company used the sale proceeds to reduce debt and for working capital purposes. Following the completion of sale of the Clipper Glory, the company's fleet consists of two Capesize, two Panamax, two Supramax and eight Handysize dry bulk carriers with an average age of 14.7 years.

Seanergy Maritime announced the delivery of the Capesize dry bulk vessel M/V Leadership of 171,199 dwt. The vessel was acquired from an unaffiliated third party and was built by Imabari-Koyo, Japan in 2001. As previously announced, the gross acquisition cost of the M/V Leadership was $17.3M. The acquisition cost has been funded by a senior secured loan agreement with a reputable financial institution and by the previously announced funding arrangement with one of the company's major shareholders.
