Seanergy Maritime Holdings announced the sale of the Clipper Glory, a 30,570 dwt Handysize drybulk vessel, built in 2007, at a gross price of $11.25M. The vessel was delivered to its new owners on December 04. The company used the sale proceeds to reduce debt and for working capital purposes. Following the completion of sale of the Clipper Glory, the company's fleet consists of two Capesize, two Panamax, two Supramax and eight Handysize dry bulk carriers with an average age of 14.7 years. | |
