Seanergy Maritime Holdings announced that Dale Ploughman will step down from the position of the CEO of the company and Stamatis Tsantanis has been appointed as the CEO, to succeed Ploughman, effective as of Oct. 1. Tsantanis has also been appointed to the Board of Directors. Ploughman will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board and as a Director of the company. | |
