Reuters, citing the Asahi newspaper, reports that Foxconn and Sharp (SHCAY) failed to revise an earlier agreement and Foxconn won't invest in Sharp by the March 26 deadline. Foxconn may consider an investment later after Sharp creates a new business plan. Reference Link
