Scientific Games shares pricing in weak China sales, says Roth Capital Roth Capital says China Instant ticket retail sales remained weak in August with the market down 15.9% year-over-year and the Sports Lottery down 16.2%. However, Roth believes the weak numbers are already priced into shares of Scientific Games, and points out the U.S. market remains very healthy. The firm keeps a Buy rating on the stock.
