The Board of Directors of SCBT has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 18c per share payable on its common stock. This per share amount is a 1c, or 5.9%, increase to the dividend paid in the immediately preceding quarter and will be payable on November 23, 2012 to shareholders of record as of November 16, 2012. | |
