11:03 EDTSBMRY, BUD, ABEV, PEPSABMiller rumored as potential acquisition target, FT Alphaville says
Financial Times moderator Bryce Elder wrote earlier in a "Markets Live" chat on FT Alphaville that a $60B debt financing rumor has "been doing the rounds" and that he has recently heard it connected to speculation that AB Inbev (BUD) could breaks its PepsiCo (PEP) bottling deal to go after SABMiller (SBMRY) or uses its U.S. listed Ambev (ABEV) subsidiary as a "bid vehicle for SAB."
