SAIC has been awarded a task order by The United States Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, to provide software and engineering services for Integrated Booking System Software development, in support of the U.S. Army Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. The single-award firm fixed-price/labor hour task order has a base period of performance of eight months, four one-year options, and a total contract value of approximately $14M if all options are exercised.

Wells Fargo upgraded the Government Services sector to Market Weight from Underweight citing a stable outlook for Federal Funding and an improved pace of award activity. Along with the sector, Wells upgraded Booz Allen (BAH), CACI (CACI), Leidos (LDOS), ManTech (MANT) and NCI, Inc. (NCIT) to Market Perform from Underperform. The firm keeps Market Perform ratings on ICF International (ICFI) and SAIC (SAIC).
