Rolls-Royce names Ian Davis as chairman Rolls-Royce announced that Ian Davis will succeed Sir Simon Robertson as Chairman. He will join the Board as a non-executive Director on March 1 and take over from Sir Simon at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on May 2.
