Ryanair's (RYAAY) bid to take over Aer Lingus has been blocked by the EU's antitrust authority, the Associated Press reports. The EU Commission says the merger would have created a monopoly or dominant position on almost 50 routes where the airlines currently compete. Reference Link | |
