Riverbed Technology disclosed in a regulatory filing that it has received a grand jury subpoena issued by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The subpoena requests documents related to certain federal government contracting matters, including a $19M transaction involving the sale of Riverbed products and services by a Riverbed reseller to an agency of the federal government in 2009. Riverbed said it is cooperating fully with this inquiry. |
