Raytheon is being awarded a $226.81M firm-fixed-price, multi-year contract for FY13, FY14 and FY15 Evolved Seasparrow Missiles production requirements. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $259.88M. Work is expected to be complete by September 2016. Funding in the amount of $45.2M will be obligated at the time of award. Contract funds in the amount of $139,772 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Raytheon Missile Systems is being awarded a cost-plus-award-fee modification for $28.3M, increasing the total contract value to $689.1M from $660.77M. The work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., with an expected completion date of Sept. 30, 2015.
