The dividend is payable on January 15, 2013, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2012. The company’s 20.5c cash dividend represents an increase of 4c, or approximately 24%, over the prior quarter’s 16.5c cash dividend. Including the company’s fourth quarter dividend, the Company will have declared an aggregate cash dividend of 70c for 2012.
