13:04 EDTRIMM, NOKRIM likely facing royalty payments to Nokia after ruling, AllThingsD says
Research in Motion (RIMM) is facing the prospect of paying royalties to Nokia (NOK) for each BlackBerry device it sells that uses Nokia's patented Wi-Fi technology after a Swedish arbitrator ruled those patents were not part of a 2003 licensing agreement between the companies, according to an AllThingsD report. The report cites a Jeffries analyst who sees RIM's royalty payment between $2-$5 per device. Reference Link
