Deutsche Bank expects shares of Robert Half (RHI) and TrueBlue (TBI) to be down 4%-6% tomorrow following news that the White House has decided to delay the employer mandate to provide health care coverage to employees to 2015 from 2014. Deutsche says the delay pushes out any incremental demand from healthcare reform by a year.
