RF Monolithics disclosed in a filing that it entered into a memorandum of understanding with plaintiffs and other named defendants to tentatively settle, subject to approval, two putative class action lawsuits. Those class action lawsuits were filed purportedly on behalf of RFM stockholders following the public announcement of its execution of an Agreement and Plan of Merger, the company said. | |
