Royal Dutch Shell's (RDS.A) Arctic fleet is set to face tests from U.S. regulators this month, and the company's Arctic program is reliant on passing these tests, according to a Financial Times report. The report says that, in addition to Monday's running around of the Kulluk rig off the Alaskan coast, the company's drilling contractor revealed the Coast Guard had raised concerns regarding "deficiencies and maintenance issues" on the Noble Discoverer, Shell's other Arctic rig. Dako, an Agilent Technologies (A) company, announced a new Master Collaboration Agreement with Amgen (AMGN). The expanded collaboration will allow both companies to benefit from knowledge-sharing within the field of drug-diagnostic research and development in general, and in relation to companion diagnostic products in particular. The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
