Royal Dutch Shell's (RDS.A) Arctic fleet is set to face tests from U.S. regulators this month, and the company's Arctic program is reliant on passing these tests, according to a Financial Times report. The report says that, in addition to Monday's running around of the Kulluk rig off the Alaskan coast, the company's drilling contractor revealed the Coast Guard had raised concerns regarding "deficiencies and maintenance issues" on the Noble Discoverer, Shell's other Arctic rig. Agilent Technologies announced it will no longer report orders in its periodic filings with the SEC or its quarterly earnings press releases, effective immediately. This change reflects feedback from several of the company's largest shareholders, and was also driven by the fact that Agilent was the only company among its peers to report orders. The other financial metrics included in the company's reporting provide comprehensive detail about Agilent's performance.
