Royal Dutch Shell announces that it has today issued 34.25M A Ordinary shares in relation to the scrip dividend programme for the 3Q12 interim dividend. Following this issue, the total number of A shares in issuance is 3.77B and the total number of B shares is 2.62B. Royal Dutch Shell holds no ordinary shares in treasury. | |
