17:37 EDTRBYRubicon believes legal action from Wabauskang First Nation without merit
Rubicon Minerals Corporation has been named in a petition for judicial review focused on the Province of Ontario's authority to approve a production closure plan. The company remains committed to the consultation process and invites Wabauskang First Nation, or WFN, back to the negotiating table to discuss the terms of a benefits agreement, and will vigorously defend its record and this petition which it believes to be without merit. Construction activities, including shaft sinking and mill construction continue to progress at the Phoenix Gold Project.

06:09 EDTRBYRubicon Minerals reports positive drilling results at Phoenix Gold Project
Rubicon Minerals reports additional results from its 38,000-meter infill drilling program, which continue to confirm the company's expectations of the F2 Deposit at the Phoenix Gold Project in Red Lake, Ontario, Canada. The company has encountered visible gold with significant grades in a number of holes in areas that previously had limited information. The area where the higher-grade intercepts occur is only 150 metres from existing development and infrastructure. The company has completed a total of 124 holes for 21,983 meters of drilling from its 38,000-m infill drilling program to-date. The company will follow up on these recent discoveries with additional drilling.
