The U.S. Department of Justice is pressuring JPMorgan (JPM), Barclays (BCS), Citi (C), Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), and UBS (UBS) to reach a settlement by mid-May regarding alleged foreign exchange manipulation, reports the Financial Times, citing people familiar with the situation.
