In an apparent reversal, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) confirmed that it will put limits on mortgage loans of over GBP500K and stop making loans with terms greater than 30 years in the United Kingdom, following in the steps of Lloyds Banking (LYG), which introduced similar curbs two weeks ago, reported The Daily Mail.
