Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical (RARE) announced it has appointed Sunil Agarwal, M.D. as its Chief Medical Officer and SVP, effective August 25. Dr. Agarwal most recently served as Senior SVP and Global Head of Clinical Development for Immunology and Infectious Diseases, Metabolism, Neuroscience, and Ophthalmology at Genentech, a member of the Roche Group (RHHBY).
