Reynolds Tobacco, a unit of Reynolds American (RAI), and Star Scientific (CIGX) voicing concern over flavored, dissolvable tobacco products could be "particularly appealing" to young adults and children. The CTP says children may find the products appealing, comparing them to candy, because of the brightly colored packaging and size, and regulators are worried the products' nicotine content could cause dependence and addiction.
