NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Systems (QSII), announced that it has joined with Microsoft (MSFT) to develop and launch the NextGen MedicineCabinet application. This is the first joint consumer-based mobile healthcare information technology solution designed for the Windows 8 platform by NextGen Healthcare and Microsoft. The NextGen MedicineCabinet allows customers to create, store, track and share personal medication records.
