Questcor EPS could get 10% boost from Medicaid change, says ThinkEquity After Questcor announced that the U.S. government said it may reduce the amount that Questcor has to reimburse states for Medicaid purchases of its Acthar drug, ThinkEquity believes the change could have a positive impact of about 10% on the company's 2013-2015 EPS.
