Qualcomm (QCOM) is acquiring the 15 employee Israeli operations of British technology company CSR for about $45M, Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz reported. CSR last week said that it would sell the unit, which focuses on imaging technology, but didn't disclose the buyer, the newspaper stated. Reference Link
