Power-One announced that it has mutually agreed with Magnetek, Inc. to terminate their Supply and Distribution Agreement, effective immediately. The agreement provided Magnetek with exclusive distribution rights to certain of Power-One’s commercial photovoltaic Aurora products in North America, and non-exclusive distribution rights for certain of Power-One’s residential photovoltaic Aurora products, as well as non-exclusive worldwide distribution rights for certain of Power-One’s Aurora small wind inverter products. :theflyonthewall.com
