The board of PVR GP, the general partner of PVR Partners, declared a quarterly cash distribution of 55c per common unit payable on February 14 to unitholders of record on February 8. The common unit cash distribution, which equates to an annualized rate of $2.20, represents a 1.9% increase over the prior quarter. | |
