PVH Corp. (PVH) and Geoffrey Beene have extended their licensing agreement under which PVH Corp. will continue to design, market and distribute Geoffrey Beene dress shirts through 2021, with a renewal term through 2028 if certain conditions are met. PVH initially launched Geoffrey Beene dress shirts in 1982, under one of the first licenses entered into by PVH for third party brands. Beene dress shirts are distributed at major department stores and specialty stores throughout the United States and Canada. | |
