| theflyonthewall.com: | Partner Communications says 012 Smile subsidiary received lawsuit | | Partner Communications announced that its fully owned subsidiary, 012 Smile Telecom, was served with a lawsuit and a motion for the recognition of this lawsuit as a class action, filed against 012 Smile on November 24, 2011 in the Haifa District Court. The claim alleges that 012 Smile did not comply with the requirements of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law regarding a transaction for a determinate period and a continuous transaction. If the lawsuit is recognized as a class action, the total amount claimed against 012 Smile is estimated by the plaintiff to be approximately NIS 467M. 012 Smile is reviewing and assessing the lawsuit, Partner said. :theflyonthewall.com |
