The claim alleges that Partner charges its subscribers for certain content services packages without their consent. If the lawsuit is certified as a class action, the total amount claimed from Partner is estimated by the plaintiff to be approximately NIS175M. Partner is reviewing and assessing the lawsuit and at this preliminary stage is unable to evaluate the probability of success of the lawsuit or the range of potential exposure, if any, with any degree of certainty. :theflyonthewall.com |

The claim alleges that the Defendants do not comply with the requirements set by the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations of 2009. | theflyonthewall.com: | Scailex hires investment banks to sell stake in Partner, Globes reports | | Scailex announced in a notice to the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange yesterday after that market's close that it has hired Deutsche Bank (DB) and Lazard Freres to advise it in the sale of its 44.5% stake in Partner Communications (PTNR), reported Globes.
