This announcement follows the Company's report dated December 28, 2009 with respect to the board's resolution to distribute a dividend of NIS1.4B to the Company's shareholders and the Company's reports with respect to the Distribution Application it submitted to the District Court. Following the District Court's approval, the dividend in the total amount of NIS$1.4B, or $370M, is expected to be paid on March 18, 2010 to shareholders and ADS holders of record on March 7. :theflyonthewall.com |

The claim alleges that the Defendants do not comply with the requirements set by the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations of 2009. | theflyonthewall.com: | Scailex hires investment banks to sell stake in Partner, Globes reports | | Scailex announced in a notice to the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange yesterday after that market's close that it has hired Deutsche Bank (DB) and Lazard Freres to advise it in the sale of its 44.5% stake in Partner Communications (PTNR), reported Globes.
