PRGX Global announced that it has commenced a public offering of 6,249,234 shares of its common stock, consisting of 2.5M shares to be sold by the company and 3,749,234 shares to be sold by certain selling shareholders. William Blair & Company and Robert W. Baird & Co. are serving as joint book-running managers of the public offering, and Barrington Research Associates and B. Riley & Co. are serving as co-managers of the public offering. | |
