Total revenues decreased $16M, or 3%, in 4Q12 compared with the 4Q11. This was largely due to a 2% decrease in the volume of energy sold and delivered, due to warmer weather, and a 2% retail price decrease, reflecting lower expected power costs. Residential energy deliveries decreased 6%, due to warmer temperatures in the 4Q12 compared with 2011, partially offset by a 1% increase in commercial and industrial deliveries combined. Adjusting for the effects of weather, total retail deliveries were up approximately 1.4% in Q4. | |
