PSA Peugeot Citroen (PEUGY) unions approved the start of worker transfers from the French car maker's Aulnay plant, sources say, effectively beginning the wind-down of the site ahead of schedule, reports Reuters. Auto sales in the European Union in April ended an 18-month losing streak, as hopes are raised that the market’s decline in the continent had finally begun to slow, reports the Financial Times.
