Perion Network sees Q4 revenue $21M, more than double the Q4 of FY11 Sees FY12 Non-GAAP revenue $61M, increasing 64%, from $37M in FY11. The $61M exceeded the updated guidance of $55M and includes one month of results from the acquisition of SweetPacks. Perion intends to report final 2012 financial results at the beginning of March.

Perion Network signs three-year search partnership with IAC's Ask.com Perion Network (PERI) has entered into a three year non-exclusive search and distribution relationship with Ask.com, an operating business of IAC (IACI). Ask provides general search services as well as direct answers to natural language questions to more than 100 million global users.
