Less than a year after Panasonic (PC) said it would release a smartphone outside of Japan for the first time, the company announced it would stop selling the Eluga phone in Europe as it tries to streamline unprofitable operations, reports the Wall Street Journal. The company will now focus on more competitive businesses, including home appliances and rechargeable batteries. Reference Link
