Littlejohn & Co has signed a definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company, Synchronous Aerospace Group, to Precision Castparts Corp. Lazard acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Synchronous. Morrison Cohen LLP acted as legal counsel to Synchronous. The transaction is expected to close by year-end 2012. | |

Wesco Aircraft Holdings (WAIR) announced a contract extension with PCC Aerostructures, a unit of Precision Castparts (PCP). The extension provides for additional services under a mix of just-in-time and long-term agreements with the Customer. The extension increases the number of Customer facilities and parts that were covered under the previous contract.
