PG&E, which is facing 12 felony charges related to a fatal gas pipeline explosion in San Bruno, Calif., in 2010 that could result in $3.5M in statutory penalties or higher court-imposed fines, pleaded not guilty to all charges, reported The Wall Street Journal. The company stated after the arraignment: "While we don't believe any employee intentionally violated federal pipeline safety regulations, San Bruno was a tragic accident and we're accountable for that."
