Palo Alto Networks (PANW) is in "advanced talks" to buy data protection and cybersecurity company Cyvera for $150M-$200M, according to Globes. Most of the purchase price would be paid in the form of shares, Globes stated. Founded in 2011, Cyvera was launched in Israel. Reference Link
