Realty Income Corporation announced its board of directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to 18.12c per share from 18.09c per share. The dividend is payable on April 15 to shareholders of record as of April 1. The new monthly dividend amount represents an annualized dividend amount of approximately $2.175 per share as compared to the previous annualized dividend amount of $2.171 per share.
