Occidental Petroleum changes Q4 dividend payment date Occidental Petroleum has approved a change to the payment date for the company’s regular quarterly dividend in the amount of 54c per share on common stock payable to stockholders of record as of December 10. The dividend will now be payable on December 27 rather than the previously announced payment date of January 15, 2013. No other changes have been made.
